Verification Requirements
A provider record needs name, address, phone, website, services, lastVerifiedAt, verificationMethod, and status before it can be displayed as verified.
Claim And Correction Flow
Providers should be able to request corrections or removal through the contact page. Every correction should record reviewer, source, and timestamp.
